Under the watchful eye of the Heads of Ancient Monuments and Building of France, the roofs and façades of the main courtyard and entrance of the hotel were restored, as well as the stone paving and balustrades.
Then, each winter, during the off season, a new stage of restoration was undertaken: heating, renovation of rooms, and the creation of marble bathrooms.
